Overview
Immediate Hiring Need for a Crane Technician
Location: Cleveland, OH (must be able to relocate)
Pay Range:
$28–$35+/hr (DOE)
Hours:
40–50 hours per week, with 40 hours guaranteed (Monday–Friday), occasional weekend work can be required

Key Responsibilities
Perform OSHA compliance inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on cranes and hoists
Diagnose, recondition, and service both electrical and mechanical lifting equipment
Work in diverse environments, including heights, extreme temperatures, and noisy locations (this role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, and lifting 50–100 lbs)
Communicate safety concerns or major discrepancies to customers
Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
Strong mechanical and electrical background preferred (candidates with experience as
Aviation Technicians
or
Machinist Mates
often excel in this role)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
Personal hand tools and a meter required
Not Required but Preferred
Previous experience as a crane technician
Familiarity with federal, state, and local codes for overhead lifting equipment
