Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior Master Technician to join our high-performing service team. This role is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented technician who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to delivering top-tier diagnostics, repairs, and mentorship. Full-Time Schedule:

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays Pay: $33-55 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on Ford vehicles in accordance with OEM guidelines

Maintain current Senior Master Technician Certification through Ford

Accurately diagnose drivability, electrical, emissions, engine, and transmission concerns

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety

Provide mentorship to apprentice and B-level technicians

Communicate clearly with service advisors about recommendations and repair timelines

Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety policies

Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with Ford systems and technologies

Qualifications

Ford Senior Master Technician Certification required

ASE certifications preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership setting

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities using Ford diagnostic tools and software

Excellent mechanical aptitude with ability to handle major repairs independently

Proven leadership and mentoring skills

High attention to detail and professionalism

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
