Responsibilities

• Presents the company's value proposition to clients
• Conducts a thorough in-person interview with potential clients
• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Answers client calls
• Completes all related tax forms
• Consults tax law reference materials
• Answers questions and provide future tax planning
• Reviews financial records
• Researches tax related questions
• Resolves client complaints
• Audits all tax return forms

Required Qualifications

• Retail experience providing exceptional client service
• Hands-on marketing
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
