Job Summary: The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to an SVP and 2 VPs, as well as assisting their teams on title specific needs as they arise. The Executive Assistant must possess flexibility and be willing to assume challenges. They must have a strong desire to grow within the job and learn more about Studios Marketing key initiatives and businesses.

About the Role & Team: Performance Marketing is an internal cross-functional team within The Walt Disney Studios Marketing organization. The Performance Marketing team develops and matures ad technologies to achieve data-driven results within auction-based or other addressable media platforms, and supports other paid media and marketing efforts with insights, recommendations, and innovative marketing technologies. Performance Marketing includes Marketing Technology and Marketing Science, and supports units for Performance Marketing Strategy & Operations, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Compliance to ground the team in the business. Together, we strive for continuous improvement in advertising effectiveness and efficiency while protecting and enhancing the magical brands of The Walt Disney Studios.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide overall administrative support for SVP and 2 VPs
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, preparation, invitations, and materials for the executives and periodically their teams
  • Prepare weekly materials to be organized and distributed in partnership with the team
  • Partner and work with internal departments and external vendors to provide/receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.
  • Work with full teams on project and department-specific execution needs
  • Book travel arrangements in a timely manner
  • Prepare business-related expenses using SAP travel proxy role and ensure expense reports are completed and filed timely
  • Potential opportunity to take on coordinator-level projects and tasks, in addition to administrative duties, contributing to continuous improvement of department processes and communication across projects
Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience providing administrative support in an Executive Assistant capacity or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to assure successful interaction with executives and colleagues
  • Proficient across Microsoft platform tools
  • Detail oriented with superior organization skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task and work well with others in a rapidly changing environment
  • Reliable, flexible, and reachable
  • Team player with a positive outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in media or advertising preferred
  • Advanced in MS Office - PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Proficient to Advanced in Airtable
  • SAP Experience
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range for this position in California is $59,600.00 to $79,800.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
