What to Expect
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, balancing strategic priorities and various meetings
Anticipate executive needs by preparing relevant materials and data for meetings
Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate communication
Capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability and progress
What is Required
5–8+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in SaaS, hosting, or high-growth tech environments
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to draft polished communications
High emotional intelligence, capable of influencing without authority and managing sensitive relationships
Experience preparing materials for Board of Directors or investors
