LOCATION: Portland Metro Area
SALARY: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (In-office)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process a high volume of invoices accurately with correct GL coding
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding invoice or payment status
Reconcile vendor statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies
Manage and maintain invoice approval workflows
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding their accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Document and update internal accounting procedures as needed
Complete other accounting-related tasks and projects assigned by management
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables (Excel assessment required)
Ability to use 10-key by touch
Excellent customer service and client communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The position performs general office duties in a professional, temperature-controlled environment. Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods and use standard office equipment.
