Position Summary
The Vice President, Finance is a key member of the corporate finance leadership team, responsible for driving financial transformation, performance optimization, and strategic alignment across the company's global business support functions and operational divisions. This role partners closely with senior executives, shared services leaders, and divisional CFOs to modernize financial processes, enhance transparency, and strengthen decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities Finance Leadership & Transformation
Lead the design and implementation of a multi-year finance transformation roadmap focused on process standardization, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Reimagine financial planning, reporting, and analysis across corporate functions to deliver timely, actionable insights. Partner with the CFO and divisional finance leaders to align financial strategies and optimize enterprise-wide resource utilization. Drive modernization of financial systems and tools to support scalability, agility, and performance visibility. Identify opportunities for structural improvements, operating model redesign, and organizational efficiency. Financial Planning & Performance Management
Oversee corporate-level budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and strategic objectives. Develop enhanced frameworks for measuring the effectiveness and value delivery of corporate functions (e.g., HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Finance). Establish clear financial accountability and performance metrics to guide leadership decisions. Deliver meaningful analysis of trends, benchmarking, and key performance indicators to support proactive management of enterprise overhead. Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insight into the financial implications of business strategies, operational initiatives, and capital investments. Collaborate cross-functionally to balance efficiency with innovation and long-term capability building. Provide financial leadership on transformation programs, M&A integration, and enterprise change initiatives. Ensure that finance is positioned as an influential partner to corporate and divisional leadership teams. Governance, Systems & Controls
Strengthen financial governance, ensuring consistency of policies, reporting, and internal controls across divisions and functions. Oversee adoption of best-in-class financial systems and analytics platforms. Promote continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and cost transparency. Support compliance, audit, and risk management efforts through disciplined reporting and accountability structures. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior roles in complex, global, multi-divisional organizations. Proven success leading large-scale finance transformation or modernization initiatives. Deep expertise in FP&A, strategic finance, and enterprise performance management. Strong command of financial systems, data analytics, and process automation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - with demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level.
