Responsibilities Implement PLACE's established lead generation strategies Host open house events Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in team production initiatives Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology Qualifications You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions. Excels in prospecting and generating leads. Naturally adept at handling objections. Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service.
