Job Description
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) plays a crucial role in providing rapid assessment and care to patients with varying emergency conditions in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will work in a Level 3 trauma setting, managing diverse cases and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the emergency department. Perform triage, assessments, and interventions in a timely manner. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and other team members for effective patient management. Monitor patients and interpret telemetry as required. Document all patient interactions and care using the Epic EMR system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of two years ER experience at a Trauma Level I or II facility within the past three years; Level III or Critical Access Hospital experience is not acceptable. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; TNCC preferred. Proficient in Epic EMR, with recent experience. Registered Nurse license required. Why ARMStaffing?
