• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation for data solutions.
• Develop and execute use case and test case scenarios to validate data integrity and business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support business decision-making through clear and concise reporting and visualization.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions

Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related experience. • 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role with demonstrated success in data analysis and reporting. • Proven ability to create technical and system design documentation for data-related projects. • Experience developing use case and test case scenarios for data validation and business processes. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a strong plus.
