Night Shift Maintenance Technician II
to support high-volume operations in a unionized facility. This role is critical to plant uptime and performance, requiring hands-on troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and facility maintenance expertise.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery Perform mechanical and general building repairs (plumbing, electrical, structural) Read schematics and blueprints; work with precision tools Execute fabrication and welding tasks (stick, MIG, brazing, torch) Support safety, 5S, and lean practices across facility maintenance Respond to off-hours emergencies and shift equipment needs About You
Be able to do the job as described 2-year technical degree + 3-5 years experience OR 7+ years of proven industrial maintenance experience Mechanical aptitude with machine repair and fabrication skills Able to read logic prints and schematics Basic electrical knowledge a plus Proficient with precision measuring instruments and Microsoft Office Dependable, safety-focused, and flexible with overtime and on-call needs Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and working in physical environments
