Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Multi-Site Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for managing a medical site location that provides ambulatory patient care services.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office activities.
The primary focus of the position includes day to day operations, communication, ensuring staff provide high quality, cost effective care and patient focused services to patients.
This role monitors staff and ensures team is positioned for success, acts as a liaison between service delivery team and physicians, and identifies continuous performance improvement opportunities.
Manages team timekeeping, coordinates recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
Manages department budget, oversees billing and collection activities, and prepares reports and metrics.
Assists with sales, marketing, and expansion activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required: 3 to 5 Providers and/or overseeing at least one urgent care office/location 2 years' experience in an Ambulatory Care Leadership position Formal training in medical terminology Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs Current knowledge of computer hardware and software functions and interactions
Preferred:
Associates Degree in related field or licensed candidate
