About Our Client
Our client is a $500M food manufacturer based in Oak Brook, IL that has goals to get to $1B over the next five years through organic growth and acquisitions. The team is rapidly expanding across accounting and finance to focus at the corporate level and ensure the most optimal processes are in place for long-term success. Our client is looking for a dynamic and strong fp&a leader to lead the team during these expansions. The FP&A Manager will be managing a team of a few analysts, as well as owning the FP&A function with the Director of FP&A. You'll be working through the forecasting, budgeting and planning for the organization on a monthly and yearly basis, while also integrating newly acquired organizations.
Job Description
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and KPIs to assess overall business performance and support strategic decisions. Lead development of multi-year strategic financial plans and annual financial calendars in partnership with cross-functional teams. Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate scenarios, guide planning, and support M&A due diligence and integration. Serve as a key partner to Sales and Marketing, providing P&L insights on pricing, new business, and product launches. Drive preparation and consolidation of monthly CFO and Board reports, delivering clear, actionable financial insights. Oversee OPEX budgeting and forecasting, identifying key trends and collaborating with budget owners to optimize performance. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor of Science in Finance, with MBA preferred 7+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and FP&A Manufacturing industry experience required, CPG industry experience preferred Expert in Excel Advanced in PowerBI, PowerQuery SAP experience a plus Strong, dynamic leader in the FP&A function What's on Offer
