Position Overview: The Senior Customer Replenishment Manager supports the objectives of the Walmart Sales Team by managing key replenishment and supply chain functions for Monogram on the Walmart and Sam's accounts. The Sr Customer Replenishment Manager also supports the customer by helping to meet POS objectives, maintaining compliance with key customer metrics, and by balancing customer requirements with Monogram capabilities within the customer systems through analytics and optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: GENERAL REPLENISHMENT Serve as primary point of contact for Walmart and Sam's Replenishment Managers on assigned business units Develop and execute inventory strategies/policies to optimize sales while remaining inventory neutral for Walmart, Sam's and Monogram (i.e. use of GRS Templates and tools) Monitor Walmart warehouse inventory; report and rectify any stock outs that occur Generate manual replenishment order recommendations as needed and write orders if necessary Make recommendations and provide guidance regarding efficient order management practices to drive Supply Chain optimization, maximizing profitability and reducing cost for the customer. Management of daily, weekly and monthly Walmart & Sam's reports (cancellations, supplier performance reporting stats, in-stocks, DC outs, scorecards, etc) Ensure all Return Authorization requests are promptly handled (i.e. warehouse remedy tickets) Create ad hoc reports as requested by internal customers and by Walmart and Sam's Collaborate with Walmart & Sam's replenishment managers to resolve issues, plan events, analyze situations, etc. Communicate strategies/initiatives and effects to internal sales and supply chain counterparts to ensure flawless execution (support of the forecasting/demand planning function) COMPLIANCE WITH WALMART & SAM'S METRICS
Maintain 95%+ store level in-stock (unless otherwise specified) on all assigned SKUs Maintain adherence to various customer-specific inventory goals, both at store level and at warehouses, provided by Walmart & Sam's Work closely with Monogram Customer Service/Supply Chain Planning team to track orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Walmart & Sam's must-arrive-by expectations. Responsible for the daily analysis of Walmart & Sam's inventory levels, sales and POS forecast accuracy Ensure compliance with Walmart & Sam's fill-rate expectations by communicating forecast needs internally MANAGEMENT OF CPFR POS FORECAST
Monitor item level & DC level POS forecasts in Retail Link Suggest corrections for POS forecasts that are not within an acceptable range of accuracy (normally + or - 20%) Partner with sales team to analyze and develop forecast and/or demand strategies SUPPLY CHAIN RELIABILITY
Collaborate with business partners to ensure orders are shipped on time to avoid monthly OTIF charges Partner with Monogram Customer Service/Supply Chain team to understand and prevent order cuts Provide analysis & corrective actions on root cause for orders that do not meet OTIF expectations BACK-UP AND SPECIAL PROJECTS RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Education and Experience:
Previous replenishment experience on the Walmart account Functional expert in Retail Link (5+ years' experience preferred) Knowledge of supply chain functions (i.e. distribution, replenishment, logistics, etc) Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel, BI and data warehousing a plus Ability to communicate ideas in a professional manner Minimum of Associates Degree or 5 years of industry-related experience Competencies and Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement replenishment strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and external partners. Financial Awareness: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and the financial impact of replenishment decisions. Vendor & Supplier Relations: Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor performance to ensure timely deliveries. Demand Planning: Ability to interpret sales trends and historical data to anticipate future product needs. Supply Chain Management: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, and distribution. Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer. May be required intermittently, especially when collaborating with warehouse teams, attending site visits, or participating in cross-functional meetings. Visual and hearing acuity.
