Job Summary Scrum Master (San Diego, CA) - Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and facilitate cross-team planning, tracking, and reporting. - Lead and support Program Increment (PI) Planning and other SAFe ceremonies. - Manage team data, metrics, and progress using Azure DevOps (ADO). - Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and charts in Excel and Power BI. - Track sprint and release metrics, dependencies, and delivery progress. - Collaborate closely with IT Division head to optimize operations and enhance visibility. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Support a .NET application development team in delivering new features and enhancements. - Ensure adherence to Agile principles and promote continuous improvement. - Manage sprint metrics and stakeholder reporting via Azure DevOps, Excel, and Power BI. - Proactively remove impediments and foster effective communication within and across teams. - Work full-time onsite in San Diego and effectively coordinate multiple Agile teams if needed.
