is currently seeking an experienced

Supervisor Warehouse

in

Olive Branch, MS.

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are consistently met. This role manages manpower, equipment, and workflow to maintain efficient material movement and order fulfillment. The Supervisor trains, develops, and directs warehouse employees while ensuring all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed. This position plays a key role in coordinating order intake and output, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement within the distribution center.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Oversee daily order intake, output, and workflow to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Schedule manpower and allocate resources to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor productivity and drive continuous process improvements across the team. Train, coach, and develop employees for safe and effective performance. Investigate and resolve product, process, and safety issues, driving root cause analysis as needed. Maintain fair employee relations, ensuring consistent application of company policies. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure 6S standards are upheld throughout the warehouse. Support hiring, performance reviews, and time approvals for team members. Conduct daily communication meetings to align the team on priorities and updates. Serve as a working supervisor with hands-on experience operating forklifts and reach trucks; actively participate in daily operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support distribution center goals. This is a safety sensitive position.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business or a related field preferred, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of three years of related experience; elevator industry experience preferred. At least two years of supervisory or team management experience required. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience with Operational Excellence or continuous improvement preferred. Forklift certification or willingness to become certified. Proven experience operating forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently preferred. Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality . Proven leadership skills in hiring, training, coaching, and maintaining confidentiality. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors. Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. What we offer
