Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team in a hybrid capacity, working three days in the office and two days remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including manufacturing, hospitality, commercial property, retail, wholesale, construction, wine, and agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, renewals, and brokerage experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and tailored risk management solutions.
Compensation Package
Salary : Up to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. 401(k) : 50% match on contributions up to 6%. Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with approximately $850,000 in revenue, consisting of 50 clients and 175 policies. Oversee the renewal process independently, with support from assistants for administrative tasks such as endorsements and outsourced services. Educate clients on market changes and provide tailored risk management advice. Handle marketing and remarketing efforts for client accounts. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California is required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines, with 5+ years preferred. Proven experience in client-facing roles, renewals, and brokerage.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred. Other Requirements : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
