The Tri-Com Consulting Group A Full Service IT Employment Consulting Firm is seeking qualified candidates for the following opening: Deployment Manager Lead deployment strategy for Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with project timelines and program objectives. Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, risk assessments, and testing. Coordinate cross-functional teams (programs, UAT, business units, and external vendors) to deliver smooth and successful deployments. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive deployment experience. Track and manage bugs, enhancements, and system changes through requirements gathering, testing, and production release. Collaborate with business units, leadership, and vendors to set priorities and resolve deployment challenges. Design and execute change management strategies, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and post-deployment reviews. Prepare progress reports and performance metrics for stakeholders and leadership. Oversee contract requirements, software licenses, and budget impacts related to Salesforce platforms. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of experience in deployment or project management within a technology environment. Proven success managing complex deployments in client-facing or government/public sector settings. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Preferred: Hands-on Salesforce experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Teams, and other project management tools. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and change management practices. PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience supporting technology in public sector or environmental organizations. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies: Knowledge of deployment best practices and methodologies in software and IT solutions. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Understanding of network architecture and system integration. Soft Skills and Cultural Fit: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Adaptability to changing environments and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
