Job Description

As a PICU Nurse, you will provide specialized care to critically ill children in a high-acuity setting. The unit is equipped with the latest technology and maintains a high nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care for critically ill pediatric patients. Utilize advanced skills including IV starts, Central Line dressing changes, and ventilator management. Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
