Title : Services Specialist - Customer Order & Fulfillment
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Likelihood of Extension: No (but may convert to permanent if headcount is approved and performance is strong).
Hourly Rate: $24.50/Hour
Job Duties / Responsibilities: • Order booking • Invoicing • Revenue recognition • Managing order financials from booking to invoicing in SAP • Managing costs • The candidate should have experience with booking an order, then planning the cost, billing the orders, do the revenue recognition and close the order.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies)
SAP knowledge, Microsoft office skills, experience in finance and order to remittance (OTR) Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies)
Professional mature and a strong customer service orientation, both internal and external, proactive and prepared for stakeholder meetings, ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a calm and respectful demeanor, strong prioritization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, well-developed organizational and time management abilities, capacity to multitask, team building with positive outlook, solid communication skills, Comfortable working in a matrix environment
Education Qualifications (Required / Preferred) : Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred):
Previous to finance would be desired
