Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor
to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position for an experienced maintenance professional with strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills who takes pride in keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Please note: Overtime shifts/pay can be expected in this position.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase). Fabricate, repair, and install machinery components using various welding and cutting methods. Perform stainless-steel sanitation and sanitary welding tasks as needed. Operate and maintain welding and cutting equipment required for industrial maintenance and fabrication. Monitor, adjust, and maintain machinery to ensure consistent operation. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness standards. Properly utilize and maintain electrical PPE, including arc flash suits, insulated gloves, and tools, while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications:
3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required. Proficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication required; sanitary or stainless-steel welding experience preferred. Familiarity with electrical PPE, including arc flash suits, insulated gloves, and insulated tools. Experience with food or dairy manufacturing preferred. Experience with VFDs, pumps, valves, and related systems a plus. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs. Comfortable working in physically demanding and wet environments.
