Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of buildings, equipment, and common areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting. Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, equipment, and facilities to identify and address issues promptly. Repair doors, locks, fixtures, and other minor structural elements as needed. Paint, patch, pressure wash, and perform other tasks to maintain the property's appearance. Monitor and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairwells, clubhouses, and mechanical rooms. Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life. Respond to work orders and maintenance requests from management or residents in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in a clean and organized manner. Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with community and company standards. Report any major maintenance needs, safety hazards, or property damage to management.
Part-Time Mon-Fri 20 hours a week
