It is the oldest community in Darlington County and one of the first towns founded in South Carolina. The town was once the intellectual center of the Pee Dee region. Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality dental services to patients in the Society Hill area.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this opportunity is based on experience ($125,000 - $150,000/year) Sign-On Bonus - $5,000 Relocation Assistance Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Offered 401(K) Retirement Package 13.5 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) - accrue 9 hours per month 12.5 Days of Sick Leave 12 Paid Holidays Continuing Medical Education (CME) - 5 Days Approved with $3,500 allowance annually Life Insurance - 3x annual salary Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability Malpractice Insurance Covered Licensure paid by employer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities
Monday - Friday (Hours vary, flexible) Provide full-scope optometric care in a mobile optometry vehicle Perform vision tests, analyze results, and develop a treatment plan Diagnoses and manage ocular eye disease Prescribes, fits, and adjusts eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids Requirements
Compassionate, patient-centered approach Clear and active Doctor of Optometry (OD) license in the state of Pennsylvania Minimum of 1 year experience required
