Job Duties/ Qualifications: Administer and monitor medications, inhalers, diabetic supplies, and provides interventions as prescribed by the doctor/health care provider, while maintaining proper documentation Provides first aid for students, maintains documentation of daily office visits, accidents/incidents, and injuries, while completing necessary forms Collects objective and subjective data on students' illnesses and injuries, and identifies who needs to go home and those that ought to seek further medical attention Other duties as assigned LPN required
Pay rate:
$25.42/hour LPN, $30/hour RN
