Job Description:

Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Chasing down material shortages with buyers Opening and rescheduling work orders Assisting other planners in overloaded cells Coordinating with engineering and warehouse teams Ensuring materials are moved and detrashing is completed Qualifications :

Cleanroom presence required Energetic and hardworking Understands the temp-to-perm nature of the role Has a proactive attitude and is willing to take initiative Experience in cleanroom environments is a plus SAP experience is highly preferred Ability to read MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Can pull up and interpret BOMs (Bill of Materials) Minimum 5 years of planning experience Industry background can vary: semiconductor, biotech, electromechanical, etc. Strong understanding of material flow and production planning

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
