Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Power Platform Engineer
to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with
Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integration , delivering scalable and secure enterprise automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather automation, reporting, and visualization requirements. Translate business needs into efficient and scalable Power Platform solutions. 2. Workflow Development
Design, build, and maintain complex
Power Automate flows
to streamline business processes. Integrate flows with
Copilot Agent, AI Builder, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint,
and
external APIs . Utilize
Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
for UI-based automation and
RPA
implementations. 3. Integration & Connectivity
Develop and manage
custom connectors
for third-party system integration. Work with
REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps,
and
Microsoft Graph API
for advanced connectivity. 4. Process Optimization
Analyze existing workflows to identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability. 5. Coding Standards & Best Practices
Apply consistent
naming conventions, error handling, and modular design
principles. Use variables, expressions, and
Power Fx
effectively to reduce hardcoding and simplify maintenance. 6. Migration & Modernization
Migrate legacy workflows to
Power Automate
and integrate with modern cloud-based platforms. Support enterprise-wide automation modernization initiatives. 7. Troubleshooting & Support
Debug, test, and optimize automation flows for reliability and efficiency. Provide
technical leadership and mentoring
to junior team members. 8. Governance & Security
Implement
data security and compliance best practices
aligned with organizational policies. Ensure appropriate
role-based access
and governance across Power Platform environments. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of total IT experience , with at least
5+ years
in
Microsoft Power Platform
development. Proficiency in
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) ,
Power Apps ,
Dataverse ,
AI Builder , and
Power BI integration . Expertise in
REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph,
and
automation frameworks . Strong understanding of
process automation, RPA, and enterprise workflow governance . Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills
Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Solution Architect / Developer . Experience integrating with
Azure DevOps ,
ServiceNow , or
SAP
systems. Familiarity with
C#, JavaScript, or Python
for custom connector or scripting development.
