Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for labor and delivery, postpartum care, and providing care for the newborn nursery as well as pre-transition newborn care. The nurse will be engaged in high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive birthing and postpartum care for mothers and newborns. Ensure quality care through an individualized patient approach. Assist with newborn care and education for new parents. Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year experience in OB/GYN and nursery care. Valid RN licensure in Tennessee. Current certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS. Previous experience with intrapartum and postpartum care is essential. Knowledge of newborn care is also required. Why ARMStaffing?
