Job Description Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Allied Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Night Shift - 36 hours per week Hours per Shift: 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Experience: 4 years of CT experience required License: ARRT (CT) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - 4 years of CT experience - ARRT (CT) - BLS - IV starts
Description: The facility has 637 licensed beds and a Level 1 Trauma Designation. It operates as a teaching hospital, with a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center. The department averages 100 patients per day. Only candidates with a minimum of 4 years of CT experience will be considered. First-time travelers are not accepted. Patient types include inpatients, outpatients, and ER cases. Required certifications include ARRT (CT) and BLS. Candidates must be proficient in IV starts. Technology used includes EPIC for Electronic Medical Records and Philips PACS, as well as GE scanners. Floating may occur in inpatient and ER areas. Weekend rotations are not required, and there is no on-call duty. Employees are expected to work during holidays that fall within the contract period. Requests for time off must receive manager approval. Shift times may vary as needed. The department culture is inclusive.
