We have multiple clinic locations, and we're expanding, so timely collections are critical to our operations. The work you will do can make a real difference in the lives of our client families and kids by allowing us to open clinics where they are desperately needed. Key Responsibilities The following are duties and responsibilities that the Collections Manager shall provide: Lead a specialized team to collect money from clients Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize loss per company policy Create strategies to increase successful collections on outstanding debt Run reports and analyze data on collections and share them with executive staff Implement credit policies and procedures to avoid excessive credit and maintain a smooth-running department Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company Communicate clearly to clients about payments or documentation received Requirements Qualifications The Collections Manager requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s, preferably in Finance with 3-5 years in credit and collections Experience with CollaborateMD EMR and billing software programs Ability to read Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance correspondence Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings 3+ years’ experience in healthcare collections Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent managerial and financial skills Exceptional organizational skills with strict adherence to deadlines and sense of urgency Ability to manage high-stress situations and ensure healthy relationships with clients Benefits Outstanding Benefits 21 paid days off (15 PTO days, increasing with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance Generous 401(k) with up to 6% employer match About Exact Billing Solutions Exact Billing Solutions is committed to building a culture of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence.
