About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Processing Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing support to HR and Finance teams. If you enjoy working with numbers, have exceptional organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Starting rate of pay at $20/Hour
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain payroll data and update employee records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Assist with year-end reporting (W-2s, audits, etc.)
Collaborate with HR and Accounting to support cross-functional initiatives
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in accounting or a plus
1+ year of experience in payroll or related clerical work
Familiarity with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
