Phlebotomist III - Float

represents the face of the company to patients-both those visiting as part of their regular health routine and those seeking life-defining health insights. This role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring adherence to established practices and safety procedures.

The Phlebotomist III - Float builds trust and confidence with patients through excellent communication, professionalism, and skillful specimen collection. This position provides coverage across multiple locations and roles, ensuring smooth and accurate completion of daily operations in various settings, including: Patient Service Centers (PSC) Mobile or Long-Term Care environments In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) settings Key Responsibilities

Provide phlebotomy coverage across multiple sites and roles as needed. Perform accurate and safe blood collection procedures while maintaining patient comfort. Create a professional and welcoming environment for patients. Ensure all daily PSC/IOP activities are completed accurately and on time. Act as a

leader, coach, and mentor

for new employees; provide onboarding and support. Serve as the

point of contact

for staff on site, offering guidance and feedback to supervisors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Lab Testing Services, IT, Billing, Logistics) to ensure seamless service for high-volume or complex practices. Demonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Work Experience

Minimum 5 years

of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections (required).
