Manage client accounts, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client accounts. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
