Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are addressed and satisfaction is achieved. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
