Job Description Rehab RN Night Shift
Job Description
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Rehab RN for a night shift position. This role requires meeting low/mid/high performer expectations, and failure to do so may result in immediate contract termination. You will provide essential nursing care within the rehabilitation setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and support throughout their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support during the rehabilitation process. Monitor patient progress and customize care plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery. Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and goals. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active RN licensure in the relevant state. Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Additional certifications in rehabilitation nursing are a plus. Schedule
This is a night shift position, requiring flexibility and commitment to patient care during evening hours.
