Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Stocking: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and accurately record received items in the inventory system. Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging for safe shipment. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, assist in cycle counts, and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor. Shipping: Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch of orders and adherence to shipping guidelines. Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners in a safe and efficient manner (training provided if necessary). Quality Control: Ensure all orders meet company quality standards and report any damaged or defective items. Basic Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods (lifting requirements up to 50lb). Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional long shifts. Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use inventory software and handheld scanners (training provided). Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse or distribution center operations is a plus, but not required. Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Work Schedule: Flexibility is key, as occasional long hours and weekends may be required to meet the demands of the business.
