We are working with an HVAC company in Nashua, NH
that is seeking an
HVAC Estimator . This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven book of business to drive growth, sell projects, and prepare estimates ranging from small commercial scopes to multi-million-dollar contracts.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $125K-$160K + performance-based incentives Health Insurance - 50% paid by employer Dental, Vision, and Accident Insurance - fully paid by employer 401(k) with 3.5% employer match after 1 year Key Responsibilities:
Leverage an existing book of business to generate new opportunities in the commercial and industrial HVAC markets. Sell projects ranging from service/retrofit jobs to large new construction or system replacements. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, developers, and engineers. Prepare accurate cost estimates, review drawings/specs, and develop competitive proposals. Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and support junior estimators as needed. Qualifications:
7+ years in HVAC / mechanical contracting with sales and estimating experience. Proven ability to win projects from small to multi-million-dollar contracts. Established book of business and client network. Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical design, and construction practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
