Job Description A wonderful opportunity for a Board Certified OBGYN to practice as an OB Hospitalist in Corpus Christ, Texas. • Minimum of 7 shifts/month • Approximately 21-22 days off per month • 24 hour shifts • Performs deliveries/rounding on inpatients • No clinic responsibilities • No patient phone calls • The L&D is a wonderful balance of kindness and patient safety • Very positive collaboration with Critical Care team and Emergency team • First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians • Great back-up call system • Collaboration with affiliated MFM and neonatology providers • Providing emergency/unassigned/OBED care, call coverage and assisting with management of transports • Dynamic opportunity for the right candidate • Spanish speaking is a plus Incentive/Benefits: • Guaranteed hourly rate • Additional hourly incentive for more than 7 shifts/month • Holiday pay incentives • Employment thru hospital (501.a) • Malpractice coverage • Rich Benefit package (health, dental, vision, disability, 401-k, etc...) • CME/dues/subscription allowance • Relocation Assistance • Texas has Tort reform and No state income tax

Unit Description Corpus Christi Medical Center has been offering exceptional care as a regional, acute care center for over 30 years. We are a 4-hospital campus system licensed for 631 beds and currently operating with 421 beds. • Level II Trauma Center • NICU-- Level I, II and III • 19-bed labor unit • 12-bed antepartum • 39 postpartum beds • 3 CS suites • 5-bed OBED • Neonatologists attend every C-section • MFMs on-site • 24/7 anesthesiology • Five (5) da Vinci robots • 24/7 OB hospitalist program • Transport team 24/7 (air and ground) • CCMC GME includes an Internal Medicine and Dermatology residency program as well as Cardiology and Pulmonary fellowships • All residency programs at CCMC are accredited by the ACGME
