Florida Woman Care, an affiliate of Unified Women's Healthcare, is seeking a Full-Time OB/GYN to join a thriving, well-established practice in the dynamic and growing Orlando metro area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multi-provider team delivering exceptional care across four vibrant communities.
Position Highlights Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners Call rotation of 1:4 - supportive and balanced schedule Consistent weekday hours: Monday-Thursday full days, Friday half day 4 active office locations: Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, and Winter Garden Deliveries at two premier hospitals: AdventHealth Celebration and UCF Lake Nona Hospital On-site diagnostics: Mammography and ultrasound available in-office for patient convenience In-Office Procedures: o Endometrial Ablation o Endometrial Biopsy o Laser and LEEP Therapy for abnormal Pap smears o Colposcopy o IUD Insertion and Removal Compensation & Benefits Highlights: Highly competitive salary $30K commencement bonus + $30K retention bonus CME reimbursement PTO, CME, and paid holidays Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision 401(k) with employer matching Short- and long-term disability Supportive, collegial work culture that values both professional excellence and personal well-being Current Unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain) Current Unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain) Willingness to perform gynecologic procedures in both hospital and surgery center settings Benefits Company-paid life and malpractice insurance Qualifications Fully licensed clinical team and skilled support staff ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery.
