Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN with a focus on MedSurg for night shifts. The candidate must have 2 years of experience in a hospital setting and possess an active compact license at the time of submission. BLS certification is required. The unit consists of 36 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6, occasionally 1:7 during surges.
Responsibilities
Perform bedside shift reports and hourly safety rounding. Establish personal connections with patients to enhance their experience. Administer IVs, manage drains, perform wound care, and conduct telemetry monitoring. Conduct central line dressing changes and EKGs as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience in a hospital setting. Active compact RN license required at submission. BLS and IV certification are mandatory. Why ARMStaffing?
