We're partnering with a
top manufacturing client, located in Wilmington, MA
seeking an experienced
CNC Machinist III.
This is a hands-on role for a
senior-level machinis
t skilled in
setup, troubleshooting,
and
light programming.

2nd Shift - 4:00pm - 12am
Pay:
$29-$45/hr (based on experience)

What you'll do
Set up, operate, and program CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs Machine precision components to tight tolerances Interpret complex blueprints, models, and specs Recommend tooling, speeds/feeds, and process improvements Troubleshoot machining issues + make minor program edits Support fixture improvements and process documentation Use precision measurement equipment to verify quality Support continuous improvement / 5S initiatives Mentor and train junior machinists What you bring 5+ years CNC machining experience Strong setup + offsets + minor edits experience Comfortable across multiple machine types Excellent blueprint / measurement skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced / regulated environment Solid communication + documentation skills High school diploma or GED required US Citizen or Permanent Resident required Nice to have:
Machining/Tooling certificate or Associates degree Experience supporting Engineering or fixture design
