Job Description
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reports. Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals. Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and clients. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects within the Business Services industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. A degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred. What's on Offer
