Job Description
Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with various teams to define project scope and objectives. Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, effectively. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Generate and present detailed reports on project performance to stakeholders. Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other external partners. The Successful Applicant
At least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Bachelor's Degree in Construction Related Field is a plus but not required Experience with commercial and/or education projects $10M+ in value A strong understanding of construction process Proficient in project management software and tools What's on Offer
Competitive annual salary starting at $90,000 Fully paid health insurance for the employee Bonus structure based on individual and company performance PTO based on years of experience. Company vehicle or allowance provided. All local work
