Job Description
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role will work directly with the Director of HR to lead and manage recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, while also supporting broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, learning and development, performance management, HR systems, and processes. A key focus will be integrating HR processes across all BNP entities and global offices to create a streamlined, scalable, and consistent employee experience. With a growing department within a growing platform company, teamwork, collaboration, and a willingness and ability to embrace tasks and communicate initiatives to others are traits that are required for a successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage and support the full-cycle recruitment process across departments and global locations. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help build job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies. Keep managers informed and engaged throughout the hiring process with regular updates and feedback loops. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking. Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions to attract emerging talent and support internship or early-career programs. Coordinate and represent BNP at career fairs, campus events, and industry networking opportunities to promote employer brand and recruit top talent. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes with speed and consistency. Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring quality. HR Integration & Global Alignment
Partner with the Director of HR to lead efforts to unify HR processes across acquisitions and international offices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management globally. Support change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Onboarding & Employee Experience
Execute and lead onboarding experiences that reflect BNP's values and global standards. Ensure new hires are set up for success with clear expectations, training, and support. Strengthen organizational culture by championing innovative approaches to employee engagement, overseeing internal celebrations and events, and supporting activities that reinforce BNP's core values. Learning & Development
Assist in the creation and rollout of scalable learning programs tailored to BNP's evolving needs. Track participation, completion rates, and engagement across all learning initiatives. Assign required training modules and ensure timely completion through follow-ups and reporting. Maintain accurate records of employee development activities and certifications. Support career development initiatives and internal mobility by promoting available learning paths and growth opportunities. Performance Management
Help implement performance review cycles and feedback frameworks. Coach managers on goal setting and employee development. HR Systems & Processes
Support the rollout and optimization of HRIS tools (e.g., Paylocity). Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation. Mentorship & Team Development
Provide guidance and mentorship to any future HR team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive HR culture. Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience with an emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition. Experience in a high-growth or global organization preferred. Proven success in integrating HR processes across acquisitions or international teams. Strong project management and communication skills. Empathy, discretion, and a passion for building great employee experiences. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity) is a plus. Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are preferred but not required. Working Conditions
This is a full-time position based in our Denver office. The role may require limited travel to BNP offices and recruiting events. Standard 40-hour work week (7 am - 4 pm) with occasional additional time required to meet deadlines. SALARY
$80,000 - $110,000 annually,
