Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Hotel Receptionist / Hospitality & Housekeeping Clerk . This versatile role is key to ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay-from their first phone call to their check-out experience. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, assist with guest inquiries, manage reservations, and support housekeeping operations to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Services:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Manage room reservations via phone, email, and booking systems. Answer guest inquiries, provide local information, and resolve concerns promptly. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate guest record
Provide general information and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management. Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, or visitors in a timely and professional manner. Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring guest access and issuing visitor badges. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Hospitality Support:
Maintain a clean and inviting front desk and lobby area. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to fulfill guest requests. Monitor inventory of hospitality supplies (coffee, toiletries, etc.). Housekeeping Assistance:
Assist in inspecting guest rooms for cleanliness and readiness. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or housekeeping preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system. Basic knowledge of office equipment (fax machines, copiers, printers). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods. Occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment (up to 20 lbs). Job Type: Contract Post Date: 11/03/2025
