Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused
Front Office Lead
to oversee the daily operations of the front office at our ENT and Allergy private practice. The Front Office Lead will be responsible for managing front desk staff, ensuring excellent patient service, and maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in healthcare administration.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front office, including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries. Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism. Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to streamline patient flow and optimize office efficiency. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Handle patient concerns and complaints, providing appropriate resolutions and escalating issues as necessary. Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. Manage the front office schedule, including staff assignments, breaks, and coverage. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Collaborate with the Practice Manager to implement process improvements and enhance patient satisfaction. Prepare and provide regular reports on front office activities, including patient volume, wait times, and other key metrics. What We Offer

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong understanding of medical office procedures, scheduling systems, and insurance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Commitment to providing excellent patient service and maintaining a positive office environment.
