Shipping and Receiving Clerk
to support a major aerospace and defense operation in Elgin, OK. This one-year contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in the safe and accurate movement of materials supporting mission-critical manufacturing and logistics activities.

Prior experience in
erospace, defense, or industrial logistics
environments Knowledge of common
freight documentation , including bills of lading and packing slips Experience using
ERP or warehouse management systems
for tracking and reporting Experience and Education
Required:
High school diploma or GED Required:
Prior shipping and receiving experience Position Overview
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will perform both manual and clerical warehouse duties involving the receipt, inspection, and shipment of materials. The ideal candidate will be able to balance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with shipping regulations while maintaining detailed records through computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, weight, and accuracy against shipping documents Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specifications and schedules Use computer systems to
log, track, and report
incoming and outgoing materials Process freight bills, packing sheets, and other related documentation Maintain organized records of shipments, bills of lading, and receipts Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
