Implement strong API security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, policies) and ensure compliance with banking/regulatory standards. Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, champion quality, performance and maintainability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, security, and architecture groups to align solutions within ONB's enterprise ecosystem. 5+ years' experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform architecture and development (design center, runtime manager, API manager, etc.). Proven experience designing and implementing APIs (RESTful) using RAML or OAS/Swagger. Deep understanding of integration patterns (e.g., request/response, publish/subscribe, streaming), microservices architecture and event-driven designs. Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar) for MuleSoft deployments. Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth2 flows, JWT, TLS, governance and monitoring. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in hybrid environment and collaborate cross-functionally in a regulated bank setting. Hands-on mindset with ability to both architect and code, and mentor.

MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer certification. Prior experience in banking/financial services sector, especially digital banking or API modernization initiatives. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred. Experience working in a regional bank environment with strong regulatory/compliance constraints.
