Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven
Product Manager
to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our proprietary digital products. You'll serve as the primary bridge between our internal business stakeholders and the development team, driving operational efficiency and ensuring the software delivers maximum strategic value. This role is based in Flower Mound, TX Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the product vision and three-to-six month strategic roadmap for our software, ensuring alignment with core business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Conduct continuous workflow analysis and research with internal stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges and capture requirements. Prioritization & Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, making data-informed trade-off decisions on features, technical debt, and bugs based on quantifiable business value. Execution & Delivery: Lead the agile development lifecycle by writing clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and serving as the primary resource for the engineering team during sprint execution. Performance Analysis: Define and track key metrics (KPIs) to measure product adoption, user satisfaction, and the realized operational efficiency improvements delivered by the software. Go-to-Market: Plan and coordinate internal product launches, managing communications, training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal teams. Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst managing proprietary/internal enterprise software solutions. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., managing sprints, backlog grooming, and user stories). Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without formal authority. Strong technical acumen, capable of engaging in deep technical discussions with engineers about implementation and complexity. Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to translate technical concepts for a business audience. Familiarity with the principles of UI/UX design and collaborating within a formal design system. Experience in data analysis to support prioritization and evaluate product performance. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional Information
