Job Description
Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or risks. Supervise on-site teams to ensure successful project execution. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Project Manager - General Contractor should have:
3+ years of commercia construction experience Proven experience in construction project management with commercial work Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
