Estimated Weekly Salary Weekly Salary Range: $2210 - $2370 Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire nursing jobs) Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: November 24, 2025 End Date: February 23, 2026 Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (10-hour days) Hours per Week: 40 On-Call: Rotating short call shifts (end of shift until 7pm or 9pm, about once a week), plus Friday/Saturday overnight call (7pm-7am, about 1-2 times every 6 weeks) Unit: Operating Room (10 ORs, 330-bed hospital) Patient Ratio: 1:1 EMR: Altera Scrubs: Provided by facility Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state) ACLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience Preferred experience in orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, endovascular, urology, and neuro Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule OR RN Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio Assist with surgical procedures including ortho, robotics, gynecology, urology, vascular, endovascular, and neuro Operate advanced surgical equipment such as DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, neurospine microscope, and hysteroscopy pump Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team of RNs, surgical technologists, and support staff Accurately document patient care and procedures in the Altera EMR system Participate in on-call rotation as assigned Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to patient safety and quality care Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse in Manchester, NH, and take the next step in your nursing career!
